Hey warrior friend,
Somehow we blinked and November just… disappeared. And now here we are, staring down December with that classic end-of-year energy: part “I haven’t done enough” and part “I would very much like a nap until March.”
If you’re feeling that tug-of-war too, you’re in good company.
But here’s what I want you to think about:
What do YOU want this last month of the year to look like?
Are you tackling a project you’ve been avoiding? Are you giving yourself space to rest so your brain and body can finally exhale? Are you aiming for a gentle mix of both?
There’s no wrong answer. December is a lot. It’s cozy, overwhelming, hopeful, and exhausting all at once — especially when you’re neurodivergent or dealing with mental health stuff. You get to pick your pace. You get to choose what matters.
And honestly? You deserve to end this year with compassion, not pressure.
Now… let’s talk about something I’m very excited about.
🎁 I’m doing something special this year.
From December 1st through December 25th, I’m hosting a Freebie Advent Calendar — a little holiday gift from me (and a handful of my amazing business buddies) to you.
Every day you’ll get a new, genuinely helpful freebie: journals, guides, meditations, checklists, mini-courses, supportive tools — things designed to make your life a little lighter, calmer, and more aligned.
No junk. No filler. Just things that support your growth.
So keep an eye on your inbox starting 12/1 — I can’t wait to spoil you.
Until then… what’s your December plan? Resting? Resetting? Getting things done? A little of everything?
Hit reply and let me know. I love hearing what you’re navigating.
Love Always, Amy Your Mental Health Warrior & Neurodivergent Advocate 💚
